It all started when I was a twinkle in the prison guard’s eye as my mother bribed him so she could have some alone time with my father while he was incarcerated in the prison infirmary. Now several years later, here I sit hopefully providing something to society. I was medically retired from the US Army after nearly 13 years and two tours in Iraq as a Cavalry Scout. I have been a Team Leader, Gunner, OSUT Cadre, Section Leader and Platoon Sergeant. I understand good friends and appreciate the lasting relationships I have with them. I now work for the Federal government still trying to do my part. I’ve dealt with struggles and have walked the edge, but I’m still here and trying to make sure everyone else is too.
